41:365 smoke alarm.
from sunday.
not one of the most pleasant props or shots i’ve done, but hey—today i saw one photographer’s shot in which she had actual worms in her mouth. that’s taking commitment to a whole new level.
the smoke detector in the room was above my head, essentially. spent the entire shoot hypernervous about setting it off, then had all the windows and door open until late evening to filter it all out. i’m pretty sure we’ll get our damage deposit back.
Is the door Scared?
Had to shoot this – another example of "British" english that sounds a bit funny to Americans… also funny that the door was standing open and inside you can just make out some tagging… so the alarm was probably not functional. "Scared Door"
